I woke up with a throbbing headache in my right temple.

Zoë was already awake at 7am but I was not able to lift my head.

I had the headache the whole day, and cried 3 times.

I was diagnosed with Tension Migraine some 8 years ago.

The Neurologist advised that I should be watching it.

I spent a lot of time in the bedroom today with the lights off.

I don’t need my migraine now that I am too busy already.

Hope tomorrow this passes.

It was, however, very nice to see Papa and child playing around. 🙂Image

Lights off. Goodnight.
